I find the community element in the programme is very useful. At least my son is aware that he is not alone, and it doesn't just bring value to the child but also to the parent.
Mother of 11-year-old son
(The app) makes my son more active. He gets excited about earning the stars, he will come home very proud & tells me all (his physical activities). He works well with praises and when he can see his hard work recorded, he is happy.
Mother of 8-year-old son
We love the exercise program. It gives us time to bond. And the exercise is not tough so the kids can follow through.
Mother of 8-year-old daughter
Initially, my child and I thought that we wanted to join to lose weight. But as we learnt more about different exercises, we became aware about how it helped our body, and realised it's not just about losing weight. It's about maintaining our wellbeing. Even now, though there are no more of these sessions, we still try to challenge each other and continue it.
Mother of 8-year-old daughter
I assumed that she’s more active at school, but after tracking, I realised she’s more active on weekends. Now, I’m starting more activities, so she is more active on weekdays.
Mother of 5-year-old daughter
It reminds us that screen time is something that we should minimise. If we watched too much TV on this day, maybe we don't watch at all for the next few days.
Mother of 6-year-old son
I was thinking about how to encourage my kids to work out other than playing, and I saw a video (in the app) that I thought was really fun. I did that at home and my children really liked it as well.
Mother of 5-year-old daughter
(My daughter) has become more aware and more active now. Previously, she used to just sit down, watch TV and be munching away. But now she realises okay, while I'm watching TV, I can still do some easy exercises.
